  1. License is the permit given by the owner of a registered Mark to other party through an agreement based on granting of rights (not assignment of rights) to use said Mark, either for the whole or part of the goods and/or services being registered for a certain period of time and requirements.

  2. Priority Rights is applicant rights to apply application originally from a country member of the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property or Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization to acquire recognition that date of acceptance in the original country is the priority date in the destine country which is also a member of either of both agreements, during said application conducted within time period stipulated based on Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property.
